this week’s schedule: 8.26.18

So, today is day one of a two day cleanse as part of my overall 30 day reset. So far, I have shed 5 pounds of toxic junk during this first week simply by making some easy adjustments to my diet…and I even took two cooking lessons this week (one of chocolate desserts, the other on appetizers!) Tracy will be substituting for me on Wednesday in my Beginner Yoga class, as I am teaching a wine and food pairing class at The French Kitchen…only 4 spots remain, so if you are interested, please sign up today! We will be having some delightful Italian wines, to include a Pinot Bianco, Vermentino, Super Tuscan, and Ripasso…I will even do a quick cooking with wine demo as I pan sear scallops and deglaze the pan with the Vermentino.

I will also be teaching my usual class on Saturday mornings…we have had some amazing classes recently and I feel blessed to be guiding some wonderful people through this challenging yet invigorating practice.
