Sheesh, I stink at blogging. Mainly because I am so busy just treading water in my life…but, as I enter into 30 days of gratitude this Nov, I plan to blog daily so as to establish a habit.
I have been making podcasts and have several classes this week.

I also have several podcasts out there now…several are available for free but premium membership is super affordable and gets you access to even more podcasts and member social events (I will be guiding a wine tasting at one such event in December!) Finally, I will be guiding a Wine and Restore class on 10 Nov at 1200 at Yoga Studio Satya. For only $10, you will enjoy a champagne meditation and some juicy restorative postures as we taste some lovely wines. All proceeds will go to a Satya 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training scholarship. If I raise $100 (so, 10 students), I will match the total donation! We also have a holiday pop up shop with local vendors from 9-12 that day…so come join me for Stretch and Strengthen at 9:00am (new permanent time!) and then shop and stay for some wine tasting!
