Standing Schedule:

Beginner Yoga: Wednesdays, 6pm at Yoga Studio Satya

This 60 minute beginner class is offered at a slower pace, while we focus on the basics of yoga, breath work & movement.  Learn alignment principles and how to support your practice using props & modifications.  Great for any level as the foundation of your practice is always a gentle guide & reminder to return to – mindfulness, awareness and support.

Stretch and Strengthen, Saturdays, 9am at Yoga Studio Satya

Build strength and balance, create optimal mechanical movement and range of motion with resistance bands on the yoga wall.

 

Special Events:

Christmas/New Year Holiday Meal and Wine Pairing, Dec 13 at 5:30pm

Join me as we taste and sip different wines and foods commonly found on your holiday table. Beef Bourginon, holiday ham, French Onion soup, potato gratin, bacon wrapped green beans with brown sugar, puff pastry wrapped brie with honey and walnuts, and of course, The French Kitchen’s very own Yule Logs* (assorted flavors)…and of course, the wine to pair with it all!
